The Process

PLANNING

After you contact me through my website, I will send you my full pricing guide with different packages and additional offers, or we can come up with bespoke quote that suits your wedding day. You can also take advantage of a complimentary consultation with me, where I get to know you both and the vision you have for your wedding day. I will answer any questions you may have and talk about my process in more depth so you know what to expect. To finalise and book me as your photographer, all you need to do is sign the contract and pay the deposit. Then you can be worry free and check another thing off your to do list because you officially have your wedding photographer!

BEFORE THE BIG DAY

Two months before your wedding, we will iron out all the details - everything to do with the timing of your day, the locations, your family and guest portraits and more. We will work together to find the best customised timeline that fits your wedding day. As it approaches, I am here to help with anything you may need.

DELIVERY

You will get a glimpse of your photos (a preview) on social media within 48 hours of the wedding. In about 3-7 weeks, you will receive a password protected wedding gallery of high resolution digital files. You can download and share these. Some time later you will also receive a complimentary decorative box with a special USB key containing all the images as well as a beautiful print you can put on your wall to cherish forever, as my personal gift to you.

FAQs

Can we order a wedding album?

Yes - after a short chat, I will show you the album options. A number of your favourite photographs from the gallery will be chosen and I will welcome your input of the design of the album itself.

What happens if you are ill on the day?

That is highly unlikely, however if that does happen, I am connected with a wide range of photographers that will be able to cover. I would arrange it all for you and provide you with choices to decide between. They would only cover the photographing aspect and would deliver the photographs to me. I would still do all the editing - unless you decide to fully go with another photographer.

Do we own the copyright of the images?

I retain the copyright of all the images however that only means you cannot sell, modify or enter them in competitions.

Do you back up the photographs?

Absolutely, my photographs are backed up on three different devices as well as SD cards. I also retain copies of your photos for 6 guaranteed months after the wedding, in case something happens to yours.

Are you insured?

Absolutely. I have public liability and professional indemnity insurance.

What happens if your equipment fails on the day?

I bring multiple camera bodies, a range of lenses, two flashes and multiple SD cards, so even if something fails, I have sufficient back up equipment to do my job perfectly.
