About wedding packages

The packages below are a starting point, not a rulebook. Most couples end up tweaking something, perhaps adding another hour of coverage, or an engagement session prior to the day.

If none of them quite fit your day, get in touch and we'll create a bespoke package that fits your celebration perfectly.

The Process

Wedding Photographer in London
  • Get in touch with your date and a few details. I’ll confirm availability and send through options based on your plans.

If everything aligns, we can discuss and finalise in person or arrange a short call. A signed agreement and booking fee secure the date.

  • About two months before the wedding, we’ll refine the structure of the day: timings, locations, and any key groupings.

I’ll guide this process to ensure everything runs smoothly and works from a photography perspective.

We can meet in person over a complimentary cocktail or coffee, or discuss conveniently over a call.

  • In the final weeks, we confirm everything so there’s no uncertainty going into the day. We’ll run through the timeline again, revisit any final details and ensure we are on the same page.

  • I’ll arrive at our agreed time, depending on when your coverage starts. I’ll document the day as it unfolds, stepping in with direction where needed.

My approach will be consistent: unobtrusive where possible, intentional where it matters.

  • A preview is shared shortly after the wedding.

Your full gallery is delivered within a few weeks to a few months, presented as a complete, edited collection. You will be able to download, favourite and share your images.

FAQS

  • My work blends artistic, editorial portraits with natural, documentary moments.

That means you’ll get a mix of:

    • relaxed, candid interactions as the day unfolds

    • and beautifully and softly directed images that belong on your wall

The focus is on good light, thoughtful framing, and seeing that genuine human connection, without anything feeling forced.

  • Most people aren’t used to being photographed. That’s okay.

I won’t pose you rigidly, instead, I’ll guide you with simple prompts so you can interact naturally: walking, talking, laughing, while I control or shape the light and composition around you.

Within a few minutes, it stops feeling like a photoshoot and starts feeling like time together.

  • Coverage is flexible and tailored to your day.

    Most couples book either:

    • shorter coverage for intimate or elopement-style weddings

    • or extended coverage for full-day storytelling

You can shape the coverage around what actually matters to you with the help of a few pre-set packages.

  • Yes.

Every wedding is different, so coverage, timing and add-ons can be adjusted to suit your plans. Once I understand your day, I’ll guide you on what works best and we can build something that fits naturally.

  • I do! Smaller weddings and elopements often allow for a more intentional, atmospheric approach, which suits my style particularly well.

  • It depends on how much of the story you want documented.

Most couples choose enough time to cover:

    • preparations through to evening celebrations, or

    • a focused window around the ceremony and portraits

If you’re unsure, I’ll help you map this out so nothing important is missed.

  • Yes, I absolutely can do.

I can work with you or your planner to to advise on timing where it affects photography, particularly around:

    • allowing space for natural moments

    • making the most of the light

    • keeping everything relaxed, not rushed, so you can enjoy every moment of your wedding

    • taking the time for those special fine-art portraits

  • You’ll receive a small but exciting preview shortly after the wedding so you can share your favourite moments with the world.

The full gallery is delivered within a few weeks to a couple of months, depending on the season and scale of the wedding. Each image is carefully selected and edited, so the focus is always on quality over speed.

  • You’ll receive a carefully curated set of final images.

The exact number varies depending on your coverage, but the focus is always on delivering a strong, cohesive collection that tells the story of your day without unnecessary repetition.

  • Albums are a beautiful way to enjoy your photos for years to come. I see them as true heirlooms that a family can keep for generations.

In terms of the process, I will show you a few album options and you can pick the style, size and finish.

Then, we discuss photos: you can select the exact photos you would like included, or if you’d prefer to leave it to me, I will design and curate a beautiful selection that tells the story of the day.

Finally, the album goes to print and all you have to do is wait until it’s in your hands.

If you’d like to get a second copy for other family members or friends, we can arrange that for an additional album fee.

  • I plan for it.

I’m experienced working in all conditions, and some of the most striking images can happen in imperfect weather. We’ll adapt the plan if needed and still create something visually strong and true to your day. I own protective elements for my equipment so I can keep shooting without interruption.

  • I plan for redundancy across equipment and storage, and have contingencies in place to ensure coverage is not affected.

Your images are securely handled and backed up, and all professional requirements (including insurance) are in place.

In the (very) unlikely event I’m suddenly unable to attend the wedding, I have a network of trusted photographers who can step in.

Your booking is always protected, and I ensure there is a clear plan in place so you’re not left without coverage.

  • Start by getting in touch with your date and a few details about your plans.

    From there:

    1. I’ll confirm availability and share options

    2. We can chat through the details in person or via a call

    3. A signed agreement and booking fee secures your date

  • Yes, I photograph weddings across the UK and beyond. Weddings outside my immediate area are quoted individually so everything is clear in advance.

For locations further afield, I’ll outline any additional logistics clearly in advance so everything is straightforward and planned properly.

  • The focus is on precision and artistry.

    That means:

    • controlled composition rather than constant shooting

    • selective direction instead of heavy posing

    • and a consistent visual standard across the entire gallery

The result is a set of images that holds up as a complete body of work, not just a collection of individual shots.
